VenueNights is a small independent project operated by TV Ventures s.r.o., 110 00 Praha 1, Czech Republic. We are not affiliated with any venue, event organiser, official housing bureau or hotel. Company details are in the Legal notice.
How we get travel times
Every time on the site is the trip from the hotel to a specific hall entrance, not to the venue's postal address. Big venues have several halls, and the right hotel depends on which one you need. Each time is one of two kinds:
- From a source. Taken from a published source, such as a venue, transit operator or event organiser, and listed under Sources at the end of each venue and event guide.
- Estimate, marked ≈. Our own estimate from the map and the route. We replace estimates with sourced or computed times as we go.
Walking times are door to entrance. Monorail and Loop times include the walk to the station and a typical wait. Show-day crowds, security lines and taxi queues at closing time can add more; we say so where it matters. Where we have not measured a time yet, we say that instead of guessing.
Event dates and venue facts come from official organiser and venue websites where they exist. Each guide shows when it was last checked.
How we earn money
Some links to hotels and booking sites are affiliate links, and the hotel map is provided by Stay22. If you book through them, we may earn a commission. You pay the same price.
- Hotels are ordered by travel time to the entrance, not by commission.
- We do not store or set prices. Prices and availability come live from the booking sites.
- If you exhibit or speak at an event, check the organiser's official room block first. We point to it where it exists.
