We process personal data under the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and Czech data protection law.
In short
- There are no forms, accounts, newsletters or comment functions on this site, and we do not collect personal data through it.
- We do not set our own cookies and do not use advertising pixels or marketing trackers. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which works without cookies.
- Our hosting provider processes technical data to deliver and protect the site.
- The hotel map on some pages is loaded from Stay22, which can set cookies and collect data when the map loads.
- Links to booking sites take you to those sites, where their own privacy policies apply.
Hosting and security
The site is hosted by Cloudflare, Inc. (USA) as our processor. When you open a page, Cloudflare processes technical data such as your IP address, the page requested, the date and time, and your browser and device type. This is needed to deliver the site and to protect it from attacks and abuse. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Cloudflare may process this data outside the EU, including in the USA; it relies on its certification under the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework and on standard contractual clauses. Visitor statistics: Cloudflare Web Analytics
We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, provided by Cloudflare, Inc. as our processor. It uses no cookies or local storage and does not track you across websites. It records data such as the page visited, the referring page, browser and device type, country and page load times, and we only see aggregated statistics. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in understanding how the site is used (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). Transfers outside the EU follow the safeguards described under Hosting.
Hotel map from Stay22
Some pages embed a hotel map from Stay22 Technologies Inc. The map is loaded from Stay22's servers when it comes into view. At that moment Stay22 receives technical data such as your IP address and browser details, and Stay22 and the services it works with may set cookies or similar technologies and collect usage data. This happens when the map loads, not only when you click on it. Stay22 decides how it uses this data; see Stay22's privacy policy. Every page that shows the map also links to the same hotels directly.
Links to booking sites
"Check prices" buttons open the hotel on a booking site such as Booking.com. We do not pass any personal data to the booking site; once you are there, its own privacy policy and cookies apply, for example Booking.com's privacy notice. If you book, the booking site is responsible for your booking data. If we later join affiliate programmes that track bookings made through our links, we will update this policy before they go live.
If you email us, we use your address and message only to reply (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR) and delete them when they are no longer needed for that purpose.
Your rights
You have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict its processing, to data portability, and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to [email protected]. You can also lodge a complaint with the Czech Office for Personal Data Protection (Úřad pro ochranu osobních údajů, uoou.gov.cz) or with the supervisory authority in your EU country.

We update this policy when the site changes. The date at the top shows the latest version.
